Nadine Strossen served as President of the ACLU from 1991 to 2008. She is a Professor Emeritus at New York Law School and one of the most prominent free speech scholars, advocates, and authors of our time.

Her work defending free expression — even speech many find deeply offensive — brings decades of constitutional insight to this project.
